Full Moon Meditation

Meditation isn't all about crossed legs and saying 'om'. Enjoy a different meditation experience while sitting or lying down.

The session invites participants to take time out of their busy schedule to just 'be', so they can leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after being guided through a 60 minute meditation.

Mindfulness has developed a strong interest in the modern world through the science and research supporting its many benefits. Just some of these benefits include an improvement in:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Obesity
  • Stress
  • Energy levels

We live in a society that encourages us to ‘do’ more which means we are busy most of the time and this may have a negative impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. So what can we do about it? By simply dedicating some time out for ourselves, we are able to improve our productively and create more peace in our lives.

Full Moon Meditation session is completely free for all to attend! This is a fantastic opportunity to come along, put some time aside for yourself and experience “Mindfulness”.
