Fitness over Fifties membership

If you’re 50 or over, sharing programmed activities with others of a similar age will keep you active and motivated.

If you wish to exercise in a group this proven to help with motivation and it encourages you to stay with the program longer.

You’ll enjoy the company of other like-minded people, and be supervised by qualified instructors who understand your needs.

Your exercises will be appropriate for your level of fitness and ability, and you can absolutely rely on being given the right advice.
