Our goal is to provide and contribute to a healthier, happier and more connected community. We are excited to provide an 8-Week Self-Defence Workshop, aimed specifically at women.
The aim of this series of workshops is to develop the skills and knowledge regarding martial arts, whilst also providing self-confidence. These workshops will be taught by YMCAs own Anthony Stubbs who is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has over 13 years’ experience teaching martial arts.
