Summer Group Fitness Timetable

Your feedback matters to us!

Our recent survey revealed 45% of our members want more accessible wellness classes 51% want more HIT and Small Group Training classes, 35% want more Les Mills. We also recieved feedback suggesting more Pilates during school hours would create more flexibility.

Below are some changes which reflect these results and the dates they commence.

Addition | Tuesday 5:30pm Adrenaline beginning 11th of December

Addition | Friday 9:30am Adrenaline beginning 7th of December

Addition | Thursday 5:15pm Body Balance Exp beginning 6th of December  

Addition | Friday 2:00pm Pilates Exp beginning 7th of December

Addition | Friday 7:00am CXWorx beginning 14th of December

Removal | Saturday 9:30am Meditation - Due to low Attendance

Removal | Friday 6:00pm Yoga - Due to low Attendance
