Thank you for everyone who participated in our recent survey, results revealed 45% of our members want more accessible want more HIT and Small Group Training classes. Overwhelming with the reduced period a request was for a longer timetable.

Below are some changes which reflect these results and the dates they commence.

Addition | Monday 6:15am Adrenaline beginning 18th of March

Addition | Wednesday 6:15am Adrenaline beginning 13th of March

Addition | Thursday 6:00pm Adrenaline beginning 14th of March  

Removal | Wednesday 6:30pm Meditation - Due to low Attendance
