New group fitness tmetable starts 1st July

After a recent review of our group fitness timetable and group fitness participant survey, we have made some changes to the timetable. The new timetabale starts Wednesday 1st July. Download a copy by clicking on the right link. Check out the changes below.

New classes

  • CXWorx on Mondays at 6:30pm with Jacqui

  • *Lungs in Action on Tuesdays at 10:40am with ou qualified 'Lungs in Action' trainers (Frances, Steve, Robert, Xantya)

  • CycleCircuit Express on Thursdays at 6:15am with Andrew

  • Boxing Fitness on Thursdays at 7:30pm with Robert

  • Meditation Mindfulness on Thursdays at 7:30pm with Mary (this is an 8 week member special)

  • Cycle 60 on Saturdays at 8am with Carleigh

  • Boxing Fitness on Saturdays at 12:15pm with Andrew

*Lungs in Action is community based maintenance program for people with stable chronic lung conditions who have completed pulmonary rehabilitation. Prior referral is required for participation.

New Adrenaline sessions

  • Thursdays at 6:15am with Chris M

  • Saturdays at 7:45am with Andrew

New class times

  • Cycle on Mondays now at 4:40pm (changed from 4:30pm)

  • BodyAttack on Mondays now at 7pm (changed from 6:30pm)

  • Pilates on Mondays now at 8pm (changed from 8:30pm)

  • High Energy Aqua now at 9am (changed from 8:30am)

  • Cycle on Thursdays now at 4:40pm (changed from 4:30pm)

  • CXWorx on Thursdays now at 6:30pm (changed from 7:30pm)

New Adrenaline times

  • Saturdays now at 8:35am with Andrew (changed from 8:15am)

Classes added to PrYme program

  • Lungs in Action onTuesdays at 10:40am

  • Pilates on Wednesdays at 10:40am

  • Cycle on Saturdays at 9:45am

  • Yoga Basics on Saturdays at 4:10pm

  • Zumba on Sundays at 12:15pm
