New Group Fitness Timetable 

Starts Monday 10 October 2016. 

We put the call out for Class Timetable Feedback and the response was epic!

Thank you for all your ideas and suggestions, they've helped develop our action plan for future changes. Including but not limited to, equipment upgrades, improving communication and cleanliness as well as adding signage about the Group Fitness timetable in and around the centre.

What's Different?

You'll be happy that we are not removing any classes from the current timetable just a few tweaks to timings making things simpler and easier to read.

For all the cycle fans we've added a spin class on Monday morning

You'll also notice that Adrenaline is a new addition to the timetable, it's been running for quite some time but it is only now making its way onto the group fitness timetable.

Adrenaline is a workout program built around small group, high intensity training sessions. Its main focus is on functional training - that is, working with the body movements we use in everyday life to improve speed, strength, power, balance, flexibility and agility. The class size is limited to just 8 – so get in quick.

During the spring/summer months – if the weather permits Adrenaline will be run outdoors.
