LIFT - Young Mens Wellness Program

Experience a range of Group Fitness classes, training programs and mental wellbeing sessions aimed at Young men aged 16 – 26 years. This pilot program will run for 8 Weeks from Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC).

Starts: Sunday 11 November, 2018

Duration: 8 Weeks

Time: Sundays 3 pm – 4 pm

Cost: $5 per session

Each week participants will participate in a Group Fitness class or training program. Personal development exercises will also run throughout the program. Food and drink will be provided at the NARC café after each session. Participants can socialize and debrief on the content discussed. A trained psychologist will be available at all sessions to support participants as needed.
