Northcote is excited to announce the Les Mills GRIT Strength program is launching soon. Take your fitness to a new level with the revolutionary new class from the less mills program.
GRIT Strength is a high intensity interval workout that combines intervals of weight lifting and running combined with plyometric movements working all major muscle groups. The HIIT workout will leave you burning calories well after your workout has ended and will increase your fitness helping you achieve your fitness goals.
