The Wellness Studio is a boutique space dedicated to our suite of wellness programs. These include a mix of physical activity such as Yoga and Pilates, along with the non-physical element of Meditation and Mindfulness practices.
Visiting the studio gives participants a purpose to attend by taking time out of their busy schedules to just 'be', allowing them to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Classes are capped at 10 – 12 participants to ensure our qualified teachers can provide a high quality session with guidance and support, all within a small and intimate environment.
- Meditation: A 45 minute guided meditation session to help relax the body and calm the mind.
- Pilates: A physical practice which improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Emphasis is placed on alignment, breathing, and core strength.
- Vinyasa Yoga: An energetic yoga style which improves strength and flexibility. Participants are guided through a series of poses to achieve a flow of continual movement.
- Yin Yoga: A slow 'rest & release' yoga session which focuses on holding gentle poses to release tension in the body.
