Outdoor Training Area

The Outdoor Training Area is a recent addition which has provided an additional 126m2 training space to our Centre. It features astro turf, high density rubber flooring and a functional training rack.

Health & Wellness Members can use the space for personal workouts or a session with our qualified Personal Trainers.

Please note access is restricted during reserved periods for group fitness classes.

Classes include:

Adrenaline HIIT (10-12 pax): A High Intensity Interval Training program designed for everyone, fit or not, to help you reach your fitness goals faster in a fun and challenging team environment.

Boxing 30 (20 pax): An intense workout focusing on cardio boxing & body weight exercises

Kettle Bell 30 (15 pax): Mixing Boxing Fitness with Kettle bells, this class has the best of both worlds, cardio & strength all in one.

Pilates (10-12 pax): A physical practice which improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

Vinyasa Yoga (10-12 pax): An energetic yoga style which improves strength and flexibility. Participants are guided through a series of poses to achieve a flow of continual movement.
